Position Overview:

As a Membership Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and aiding the gym in acquiring new members. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively promote the gym's offerings, showcase its benefits, and convert prospective leads into loyal members. With a sales-driven approach and exceptional interpersonal skills, you will be the gym's front-line representative, delivering outstanding customer service and helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through tailored membership solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Lead Generation:

• Proactively generate leads through various channels, such as walk-ins, referrals, events, and online inquiries.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential members' fitness goals and interests.
• Utilize persuasive techniques to present membership options and encourage prospects to join.

Membership Consultation:

• Provide personalized guidance to potential members, highlighting the gym's facilities, classes, and benefits relevant to their fitness aspirations.
• Offer insights into different membership tiers and their respective advantages to help clients make informed decisions.

Relationship Building:

• Establish strong rapport with potential members to build trust and rapport.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Target Achievement:

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the gym management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions using the gym's CRM system.

Gym Promotion:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute membership campaigns and promotions.
• Actively participate in events and outreach initiatives to boost brand visibility and attract potential members.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local fitness-related events to gain a competitive edge in sales.

Customer Service:

• Offer exceptional customer service to existing and potential members, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive gym experience.

Requirements:

• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally in the fitness industry or related field.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and connect with potential members effectively.

Fitness Knowledge:

• Familiarity with various fitness programs, classes, and gym equipment to provide informed recommendations to clients.
